Corrugated Pallets
Our design of the corrugated pallet is customized for each application to ensure customer products are fully protected and arrive at their destination in the same condition they left your facility. That is your expectation, and it’s our mission.
Each design is engineered by altering the pallet style, size, the deck strength necessary to support the load, selecting the proper tests of board and designing the runner or block configuration and quantity to fit the pallet size and weight capacity requirements. Our corrugated pallet will reduce rising shipping costs, improve safety, eliminate pests and contamination, and be completely recyclable.
Infestation – will not attract, and is not a host for wood boring parasites.
Exempt from ISPM-15 International Regulations.
Market Acceptance – accepted by countries and companies that prohibit wood pallets. Considered sterile and accepted inside food processing and pharmaceutical plants.
Export Compliant – under the provisions of Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, our pallet successfully passed the tests as specified by the following regulatory organizations:
- United Nations – Chapter 16, UN Approved
- International Maritime Organization IMDG Code
Environment – made of up to 35% recycled corrugated material and is 100% recyclable.
Weight – a typical 40” x 48” pallet will weigh approximately 8 lbs. compared to a wood pallet with an average weight of 45 lbs.
Safety – light weight makes it safer for workers to lift and no nails, staples or splinters.
